0. Introduction
　These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern the use of the UST, Inst (off vocals), Brass Band Scores (brass band scores) distributed on this site and on You Tube, and free line drawings distributed on X (all together, the “Distributed Materials”). By using the Distributions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By using the Distributions, all users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use, and we assume no responsibility for your content.


1. Prohibitions
・Unauthorized reproduction of distributed materials, unauthorized copying (see “2, Use of Brass Band Score” below for details on sheet music), remarks of one's own creation, and secondary distribution.
・Unauthorized commercial use by any individual, company, or corporation
・Use for the purpose of political activities, criticism, etc.
・Use to promote or incite suicide, bullying, abusive, defamatory, abstract, pornographic, racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, or ideological, disability, gender, or sexual orientation harassment, violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
・Use that violates privacy rights, personal rights, property rights, or other legal rights
・Use for AI or other machine learning
・Use for commercial purposes by minors with permission (consent of at least 18 years of age is required)
・Use for R18 or derivative works without a warning or other cushion

2、Use of Brass Band Score (hereinafter referred to as “Score”)
Only the use of the score may be reproduced or printed without our permission. (Note: Please note the following)

・Printing or reproduction is limited to the purpose of performance.
・Secondary distribution is prohibited.
・Unauthorized use is permitted only for commercial purposes such as regular concerts.
・When used in performance videos, etc., the ID (@basically_222) or name (X_X Basically P) must be written. 

3、License Agreement
The following acts are permitted when the name (@basically_222) is described. (If you do not write your name, it will be regarded as a violation of the terms and conditions.)

・Secondary works
・Hand-drawn MAD, etc.

We grant permission for these activities, but please use them only in compliance with the terms and conditions of the copyright holder.
